AVAILABILITY OF GOODS:
All orders are subject to availability. You have the right to cancel
your order if you discover that an item is in fact out of stock.
In stock items will be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being
placed (Monday-Friday). Our online store is open 24/7 365 days a
year, however orders placed on public holidays (e.g. christmas/new
year) may take slightly longer than normal to be dispatched. All
pre-order items will be dispatched immediately upon their release.
SHIPPING TIMES: All delivery dates given are only
estimates. We are not responsible for any consequential losses you
may suffer if we do not deliver on time for whatever reason. For

SHIPPING CHARGES: These will be calculated on
our website for online orders or quoted by telephone when ordering
by traditional mail order. If your order is returned to us undelivered
due to your own fault you will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
IMPORT DUTY & TAXES: It is your responsibility
as the customer to pay all applicable customs fees and taxes for
your country. If you refuse to pay these charges then your order
may be abandoned and you will loose your goods as well as your money.
These taxes are only applicable for non UK & non European union
REFUSAL OF SALE & OUR RIGHTS: We may refuse to
take your orders if we feel you have been false in your information.
We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time
without prior notification. We do not distribute customer details
or e-mail addresses to third parties. Marketing e-mails are only
sent to consenting mailing list subscribers and your details can
be removed at any time.. Any contract between us and you shall be
governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall
have non-exclusive jurisdiction over the dispute. All dealings,
correspondence and contracts between us shall be made or conducted

FAULTY / DAMAGED GOODS: If your order arrives
in damaged or defective condition you must notify us within 7 days
of the date of delivery, or when you first became aware of the defect.
Full refunds or replacements will be issued for all faulty / damaged
items or items sent out in error.
RETURNS PROCEDURE: It is essential that your order
is returned in saleable condition if it is not being returned due
to damage or a fault. Any returns that are received in unsaleable
condition will not be accepted for refund. Please include a covering
letter explaining the reason for return and whether the return is
for a refund or you wish a replacement item to be dispatched.

Once you have notified us of your desire to return an order you
have a legal requirement to take good care of the goods and we advise
you to ensure they are adequately packaged and insured during their
return journey. The goods must be returned to our Returns Department
as detailed above and at your own cost. SHIPPING METHODS: We deliver
all over the world using Royal Mail and Airmail.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING COSTS:
For Standard 1st class delivery within the UK & N.Ireland: £1.50
for the first CD, and an extra £0.50 for each subsequent item. £1.25
for the first 7" Vinyl and an extra £0.50 for each subsequent item.
Vinyl LP's and 12"s will be charged at £3.00 for single LPs / £3.50
for double LPs, and an extra £1.00 for each subsequent record.Multi-Buy
Sets will be charged at £2.00 for the first and £1.00
for each subsequent set. Books are charged at £2.00 for the
first and £1.00 for each subsequent. Orders to be sent to
Europe will cost: As UK x 2 . Orders to be sent to the Rest of the
World will cost: As UK x 2.5 .
